Sharon's Bio

When I finally convinced myself that I could be a “FABULOUS” photographer…I was off and running and have not stopped. Photography is like no other world. It lets you create, capture and admire the beauty of an image you put on a piece of paper. It is sometimes amazing….sometimes breathtaking…..It is something that is FOREVER!

I am a self taught photographer. I first found photography as a child. Growing up on a dairy farm in Texas with 4 other siblings was not your ideal place to find a photographer. We were always too busy feeding the cows and horses and helping our parents on the farm. But some how I did find the time to fall in love with photography and I was always taking pictures of anything and everything!

My Mother was able to capture all of our lives thru this little inexpensive film camera and always managed to keep photo albums of all 5 of us as we grew up. These photos are priceless and are something that we all hold dear to our hearts. My Father always told my Mother that if our house ever caught on fire it would go up in film!

I guess I got the photo bug honestly because it has always been a part of my life, my soul and my carry on luggage. When I finally left the farm for college my life took a different direction thru Motherhood, then dentistry, then communication sales, and then in front of the camera modeling and acting.

Now my life is full of experience and per say…..I have managed to go from film to digital!! I have my husband to thank for pushing me in the direction of photography and putting those digital cameras in my hands and living a dream as a professional photographer. There is nothing better than being behind the camera and capturing a piece of time that you will never see or pass thru again.

I hope I can give back a feeling of beauty and happiness in everyone and everything I photograph.

Once you have made the decision to invest in me as your photographer I will do everything in my power to “WOW” you and leave an everlasting impression in your life.
